My fees are generally set at $200/therapy or coaching session and between $250-$300/couples therapy session. I accept check, debit/credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.

I currently am offering a few sliding scale spots available for queer, trans, and BIPOC folks unable to pay my full fee. If you are interested in utilizing sliding scale, please reach out to learn more.

Individual therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes long. For couples, session times typically range from 75-90 minutes.

Typically we will begin by meeting once every week, so we can work most effectively towards your therapy goals. Some clients choose to move to biweekly meetings after consistent weekly sessions.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies at this time. If your health insurance includes “out of network” benefits for mental and behavioral health services, your insurance may provide reimbursement for some of the cost of sessions together.

On Sundays, I see clients in person at my Cobble Hill office. I also see clients virtually from anywhere in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.

 Yes — I keep a few flexible times on weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons open for those with specific scheduling needs.

As a culturally responsive therapist, I respond to and center your cultural identities as we explore you unique, lived experience in therapy together. I define culture as any group with shared beliefs and experience. This can include someone’s ethnicity, racial identity, gender or sexual identity, income level, disability, body size, etc.

I approach each person’s experience with a sense of cultural humility, or a knowledge that I am not an expert in anyone’s cultural background or community experience, even if we happen to share a cultural identity.
